(About Us)
Drunken Chorus is a contemporary performance company working across a variety of forms, including theatre, installation, cabaret events and durational pieces. Whilst the company's work often changes dramatically from one project to the next, it has at its core a strong visual style. The work often plays with theatrical landscapes through text, soundscapes and movement sequences. Drunken Chorus are constantly seeking to explore new ground, to find new ways of making work - from text-based comedy, to a wordless horror performance - nothing is ever off the table!

WELCOME TO THE SITE...
Welcome to our new website!
We'd like to give a special thank you to Arts Council England, whose generous funding for Drunken Chorus has covered the cost of this new site.
Right now, you may notice a lack of News items and Tour dates. Don't panic - this doesn't mean we're not busying away behind the scenes with new and exciting projects.
At the moment we're creating two brand new pieces of work: All Ancient Seas and Dark Wells, a heady mix of underground jazz clubs and failed Hollywood romances; and a new solo piece by Chris Williams, which is a follow up to what do you think of it so far? and will form the second part of The Daffodil Series.
Drunken Chorus are also curating a short cabaret event, which will take place as part of Question your Teaspoons's new series of events in Goole Victorian Market.
So lots going on... and more details to follow!
In the meantime, have a browse at our projects page for images and videos of our work.
